General Manager - Highways

Mr. Kumar holds bachelor degree in Construction Engineering from Jadavpur University and Master’s in Highway Engineering from IIT-Kanpur. After Master’s he is having more than 10 years professional experience in Highways and Urban Transportation sector. Major thrust areas cover Project Feasibility, Traffic Assessment, Analysis & Forecast, Project Planning, Design of pavement & Rehabilitation, Report Preparation & Technical Liasioning with the client for approval of the project proposals. Experience covers Urban Roads (Arterial, Sub-Arterial, Collector Streets) as well as Non-Urban Roads (Expressway, NH, SH, MDR). Also having work experience under Government of Jharkhand in various Urban Transportation Projects in the state.

Mr. Ashwini Ghai is a seasoned & dynamic professional, having over 30 years of professional experience. His expertise lies in PPP structuring, financial modeling and analysis, project / infrastructure financing, bid process management and transaction advisory services, financial audits.

CP. Tiwari

Senior Vice President (Highways)

Mr. Tiwari holds a Degree in Civil Engineering, with more than 34 years of professional experience. He is having a rich experience as Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor, is responsible for supervision of topographical survey, review data,, preparation of cost estimates, bill of quantities and analysis of rates, preparation of Technical Specification, suggest bid packaging documentation of final detailed project report including drawings and designs, assist the Client for finalizing Contract packages.

Gaurav Sharma

(Vice president)

Mr. Sharma has Masters in Remote Sensing, Image Processing and Applications from University of Dundee, Scotland, UK. He has of more than 15 years of experience in the geomatics industry and hands-on experience in Terrestrial, Mobile and Airborne LiDAR, 360° Panoramic Imagery Data Collection and Processing, DGPS/ RTK Collection and Processing, Aerial/ Satellite/ UAV Imagery Processing, Thematic Maps and Data Analytics. Proficient in handling business operations and marketing. He has worked in various projects related to Roads, Railways, Telecom, Mining, Hydropower, Townships and SEZ. He has been an advocate of Geospatial and BIM technology integration through various forums and has executed projects and programs globally.

Mahmood Khan

Bridge And Structural Engineer

He is having 20+ Years of Professional Experience in the field of Bridge & Metro Structures Design in India & Middle East Countries. He has completed Masters degree in Structural Dynamics from IIT Roorkee. He has been involved in Project preparation & structure designs of many highway projects of NHAI & in the state of J&K, Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra & Karnataka.

Pradeep Sharma

(Executive Director – Bridges and Tunnels)

He is a graduate civil engineer with Post Graduate Diploma in management. He is having more than 35 years of total professional experience in the DPR preparation, project formulation, supervision and project implementation in the state PWD, NHAI and NHIDCL. He has been involved in the project preparation, procurement and project implementation of the iconic highway, tunnels and bridge projects for NHAI and NHIDCL in the states of J&K, Himachal Pradesh and North Eastern States on PPP, EPC and on FIDIC basis. Familiar with Financial Modelling and vfm for deciding between competing modes of project delivery. He has also worked as an Advisor in tunnel zone of “Ministry of Road Transport and Highways”. He was also associated with the Development of INFRACON PORTAL for MORTH in NHIDCL. He has keen interest in the use of IT Technologies for automation of infrastructure projects, implementation and monitoring processes through digitalization.

Rashmi Punia

(Chief Technology Officer)

Ms. Punia is a Btech Graduate in Information Technology from I.P University Delhi. With experience of more than 12 years, she has immense knowledge in the field of I.T including working knowledge of programming language like Java, core python, etc. She has worked as a senior software engineer in track management system for Centre for Railway information system (CRIS), Indian Railways including designing & developing for various assets of Indian Railway like Rail, Level crossing, Land Boundary, ODC, Fasting, etc. She is well versed with the technologies like Java, Servlets, JSP, Java Beans, JDBC. EJB, HTML, JavaScript, Struts, XML, Web Services, AJAX, Hibernate and many more. She recently pursued and received a certificate in Data Science from Harvard.

Sabyasachi Haldar

(Executive Director)

Mr. Sabyasachi Haldar is having 25+ Years of professional experience. He has been involved in supervision of various Infrastructure (Water Treatment, Sewerage) & Hydrology projects and has been responsible for Overall Coordination, supervision of the physical progress of work using project management. He has done training & Publication on Remote Sensing & GIS Applications in Surface Water Resources, Socio-Economic Analysis of Irrigation Projects, Microsoft Office Project 2007-Managing Projects and Synthetic generation of stream flows through Thomas Fierring Model (Stochastic Hydrology) and use of that for water availability analysis in respect of River Lift Irrigation schemes in West Bengal, India.

Sanjeet Kumar Ahlawat

(Vice President)

Mr. Sanjeet Kumar Ahlawat is Masters in Planning with specialization in Regional Planning from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi; Masters of Science in Geography from Kurukshetra University, Diploma in Geo-informatics. He is having more than 17 years of experience International Business Development in Urban & Regional Planning, Urban Infrastructure, Highways & Roads, Power, Agro and Allied Services, Environmental and Social sectoras well as project execution, coordination and management of projects in Infrastructure and Physical Planning, Tourism. He has travelled to Zambia, Nigeria, Senegal, Gambia, Gabon, Yemen, Nepal etc for execution of assignments and contract negotiation of the projects.

Sanjeev Jain

(Chief Financial Officer)

Mr. Sanjeev Jain is B. Com (Honors) and PGDBA (Finance) having vast experience of more than 22 years in the field of Accounts, Finance and Taxation especially in Infrastructure advisory sector. Major experience in Corporate Financials, Income Tax, Goods and Service Tax, MIS Reporting, Financial Projections, Costing Analysis, project Costing and variance analysis.

Sankha Das Gupta

(Executive Director)

Mr. Gupta has earned a B.COM from Delhi University and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar (XIMB). He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from ACFE (USA). He has experience of more than 20 years in the field of Corporate Finance, fund raising, financial restructuring and asset monitoring activities. He has advised various clients both Public and Private Sector for in raising funds through Project finance and Domestic Bond Market. He has also carried out various financial restructuring assignments for various Government and Private sector companies in India. Sankha has vast experience in the infrastructure sector especially like Power, renewable energy, roads and highways etc. He has been instrumental in closing large number of transactions in manufacturing, infrastructure and services sector. Further, he is also involved in asset & cash monitoring advisory to various Banks and Institutions for better credit management.

Sunny Mahajan

Mr. Mahajan is a dynamic professional, with over 16 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management.
