Project Management Services during construction covers services related to pre-construction, construction and at times post construction activities for a project taken up for execution. AGICL has been one of the preferred consultants for the Project Management Services by the clients especially by the developers on BOT projects. The activities generally involved are review of designs/drawings, work program, QA/QC plan, quality monitoring, progress review, payment certification, contract management and administration etc.

We have delivered project management services, successfully on many projects and many of them are ongoing.
