Supervision/SQC
Construction supervision Services are generally referred to the services provided on construction of Roads and Highways for Government agencies on cash or BOQ contracts. These contracts are often based on FIDIC Conditions of Contract where AGICL has been performing the role of the ‘Engineer’. The activities generally involved are review of designs/drawings, work program, QA/QC plan, quality monitoring, progress review, payment certification, contract management and administration etc.
AGICL has provided consultancy services for construction supervision including Contract Management / Administration on projects of high importance in India.
